Journal – November-December 2004

Here’s another instalment of entries from my journal, bringing us to the end of 2004. I’ve been doing a work experience placement at my local council, and I’ve continued to enjoy my music and DVD purchases as usual.

Unfortunately, however, I don’t have any entries for December as they were accidentally deleted! So I’ve just briefly mentioned the key points from the month, and added another top 100 list to make up for it. That anomaly aside, however, I hope you find these entries interesting!

Journal – August 2004

Welcome to my next instalment of journal posts. Unusually for summer, I’ve had rather a lot to write about this month, as I got my full list of university results while I was continuing my search for work, Dad fell ill and had to go to hospital, we had some work done on the house, the Athens Olympics took place, I celebrated my birthday, and I continued to enjoy more new music and DVD purchases. So this is probably my longest journal post so far, and I hope you enjoy it!

Journal – April-May 2004

Welcome to the latest selection of my journal posts. I’ve combined a couple of months together again, as I haven’t had huge amounts to write for each, while busy revising for exams and preparing for my graduation. But I’ve also continued to buy DVDs and music of course, and there are a couple more music polls I’ve found as well. So I hope you find these entries interesting as usual!

Journal – February-March 2004

Here’s the next bunch of posts from my journal. I’ve combined 2 months together here, as my entries for both are fairly short while I’ve been busy with university work. So here you’ll find out about my latest exam result, more DVDs and music that I’ve been buying, and which of our sitcoms has been voted the best by the British public. I hope you enjoy!

Journal – January 2004

We’ve made it to another year of journal posts. This month I stayed with a friend at Bournemouth University for a few days, continued my own studies at Exeter University including another exam, got addicted to another video game, and bought a few more DVDs. Plus there’s another top 100 list, for which I take no responsibility if you willingly explore the links and come away with any unwanted earworms! So let’s crack on with it, and I hope you enjoy!

Journal – November-December 2003

We’ve made it to the end of my second year of journal entries! I figured I may as well combine the last 2 months here, as there wasn’t much to say for November. As usual I talk about university, the latest DVDs I’ve been buying and the TV I’ve been enjoying. Plus there’s another top 100 list and a few of the stranger news stories that have caught my attention, and of course there’s  Christmas. So I hope you enjoy!

Journal – October 2003

Welcome to another little collection of posts from my journal, as I begin my third and final year at university, and mention quite a few DVDs and TV shows that have been keeping me entertained. I hope you find things of interest in amongst it all!

Journal – July-September 2003

Here’s another batch of posts from my journal. Thank you as always if you’re still reading these! With another year of university complete, it’s been another quiet summer holiday, so I’ve combined all 3 months together. In these entries I talk about the outcome of my second year at university, a college reunion, other meetings with friends, the music I’ve been enjoying, my birthday, and some of the stranger news stories that have caught my eye. I hope you enjoy!

Journal – June 2003

Welcome to another instalment of posts from my journal, as we approach the halfway point in 2003. I’m getting ready for the summer here, by taking my final exams in my second year at uni, socialising with friends, buying various DVDs including particularly good ones by Queen and Led Zeppelin, and getting hooked on the latest Grand Theft Auto game. So I hope you enjoy!

Journal – May 2003

Here we go again, with another bundle of journal posts. My time was mainly spent revising for my upcoming exams this month, but there has also been an IQ test on TV, the most recent Bond film, a list of the worst Britons, and our now infamous Eurovision performance that earned the UK “nul points”. So I hope you enjoy!
